Shireeka Devlin. The pint-sized fashionista who is causing MAJOR rainbow ripples in the fashion industry.
Having graduated from London College of Fashion in 2012, Shireeka won the Lycra Future Designer Award at last year?s Global Fashion award with her intricate, crazy and every-colour-under-the-sun graphic prints.
Inspired by the cut and tailoring of menswear, her collection (entitled ?Trippin over my dreams?) is more a series of wearable art inspired by illusion art and her sights throughout her day.
The uber-feminine colours of her work fusing with the abstract and sometimes bizarre prints result in an amazing and unique combination that we absolutely love!
Having interned with the now renowned Mary Katrantzou and been a major collaborating force with Vidal Sassoon, Shireeka is now in full development and ?Get-brand-Shireeka-running? mode and we can?t wait to see what the future has in store for this Irish beauty.
