With the sun somewhat trying to come out and as we are due for a scorcher of a weekend it is making me far too excited for Benicassim Festival. Even more because due to this bipolar weather the thought of raving in the rain in England does not sound fun.
I'm not the camping kind of girl, maybe glamping is more suitable for me but when your friends bribe you with sun, sea, cocktails and let’s not forget The Artic Monkey's camping and dirty hair doesn’t bother me!
The best thing of all is I don't have to cover my festival fashion with a rain mac. So with sun kissed skin on show what’s better than wearing Evil Twin's Pale Ashes shorts? I've been wearing black for far too long and these pastel blasted shorts will be so cooling while I'm sweating in the Spanish sun. Paired with Mink Pink's First Love Crop Tank I couldn't think of more of a refreshing festival style that will finally take the 'Woman in Black' out of me. Hopefully Alex Turner likes it too haha ;) But for those trusted denim times that every festival calls for I would so choose these vintage blue denim Levi Shorts" . However for when I'm not feeling the shorts combo but still need something light weight- I am taking hand luggage after all so can't be packing all heavy now I can't think of a better breezy dress than Mink Pink's Bohemian Rhapsody Mini Dress
So all that is waiting for me now is to grab the sunnies and floral hair garland and I am sorted for Benicassim. Let the countdown commence but if you are raving in the rain in England then don't forget to be stylish even if you're looking like a giant banana in a bright yellow rain mac haha.
